Limbu language could be a member of Tibeto-Burman family. Limbu language has four main dialects: Panthere, Phedape, Tamarkhole and Chhathare. Limbus have variety of their own rituals. They worship by means that of blood sacrifice. They believe that lineage divinities don't seem to be transmitted patrilineally. Rather, a girl inherits her mother's gods and once she marries and lives together with her husband, she brings together with her the deities which will then be recognized because the gods of the menage.
